PhillyTheatreTix Consortium

PhillyTheatreTix is a ticketing consortium managed by the Theatre Alliance of Greater Philadelphia. The consortium collectively manages a pooled database of ticketing clients to promote collaborative marketing and advanced web-based customer service. The operating system for this database is the Tessitura Software®, an innovative program, originally developed by the Metropolitan Opera, integrating all ticketing, marketing, and development functions into one software package.

Theatre Alliance members interested in joining the Ticket Consortium can do so by acquiring a sublicense for the software from the consortium. This opportunity provides a long-range solution to the participants' marketing and development software needs and provides greater efficiency in all ticketing and fundraising endeavors. Technical and training support is providing by the Theatre Alliance's dedicated Tessitura staff. To learn how to join the consortium by becoming a full sublicensee, please contact Stephanie Kish, Director of Operations & Finance, at stephanie@theatrealliance.org. You can also download an informational brochure here.
