Mission
The Shubin Theatre is committed to presenting a broad range of work including new and established plays, classical and cabaret concerts, dance and movement based work as well as sketch and improvisational comedy. Its purpose is to maintain a low overhead so that numerous independent artists and small theatre groups can afford to present themselves. Work is presented either as Shubin Theatre Company production (a house production), a collaborative effort (the house working in conjunction with another artist or group), or through a rental agreement where the work is produced entirely by the individual or group renting the theatre.
