Once the holidays are over, The Players Club of Swarthmore Theater plans on having a little fun at their expense. Reckless is a dark comedy by Craig Lucas (author of Prelude to a Kiss) about Christmas – both lost and regained.

In a bizarre series of life-altering twists, Rachel repeatedly has the rug pulled out from under her, always on Christmas Eve. As she rides the roller-coaster that is her life, Rachel continually works to come to terms with the world's recklessness.

Director George Mulford has assembled an incredible cast of actors to tell this wickedly funny story. Nikki Bell of Moylan plays wide-eyed Rachel, and she's joined by Channing Benson of Swarthmore, Judith David of Newark, Stephen Kelly of Drexel Hill, Jim Ludovici and Judith Stevenson of Media, and Leslie Lorene Ryan of Philadelphia.

Reckless runs January 11-14, 18-21 and 25-27. Thursday, Friday and Saturday performances are at 8pm and Sunday matinées are at 2pm.
