Let loose your inner child at the Flashpoint Fun Fair! The fair promises fun for kids of all ages – whether you’re seven or seventy – with carnival-style games like beanbag toss, ring bottle toss, and cakewalk. Test your skills in the limbo and dance contests, or get a whole new look with face painting by emerging Philadelphia artists! Enjoy juggling, balloon animals, and another stellar performance by the ”Flash-Pointer Sisters” while you munch on treats provided by Whole Foods Market.

Tickets can be purchased at the event and redeemed for games, refreshments and the raffle. Raffle prizes feature theatre tickets from companies like Flashpoint Theatre Company, Philadelphia Theatre Company, and 1812 Productions; gift certificates from many local restaurants, including the White Dog Café, Prime Rib, and Astral Plane; and merchandise and services from Philly favorites like the Salon @ 5th, World Café Live, and the Print Center.

Flashpoint drew the curtain on another successful season in April, with Philadelphia premieres of Between Us by Joe Hortua and Autobahn by Neil LaBute, the world premiere of Philadelphia playwright Tim Appignani’s Feed the Hype, and a new version of David Sedaris’ modern holiday classic, The Santaland Diaries & Seasons Greetings to Our Friends and Family. The company is gearing up for its High Voltage new play workshop series this summer. Flashpoint aims to be on the cutting edge of theatre and funds raised at the Fun Fair will help the company bring provocative and engaging productions to Philadelphia.
