MoorArts, formerly known as Moorestown Arts Advocacy Council or MAAC, is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the fine and performing arts in the Moorestown public schools. All MoorArts sponsored events raise funds to support the MoorArts Scholarship and Grant Program. Through this program, MoorArts has administered thousands of dollars in grants and awards to support arts-related projects in the public schools and in scholarships to eligible graduating MHS seniors who are pursuing advanced study in the arts.

MoorArts is an advocate for arts education system wide. We believe that education in the arts should be regarded as a necessity, not a luxury.
