Katie graduated from Immaculata University with a B.A. in Applied Music, specializing in Voice. Presently, she is performing on tour with American Family Theatre’s Beauty and the Beast. Previously she has played roles in regional theaters such as Carrie in Carousel, Marta in Company, Catherine in Pippin, Babette in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Lucy in You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown, and Lynette Fromme in Assassins. She has also studied under and worked with some of the finest talent on Broadway through the Broadway Dreams Foundation, performing in concerts at The Kimmel Center, The Marjorie S. Dean Little Theatre and BB King’s in NYC. In December 2007, Katie worked on the NBC holiday special Clash of the Choirs, under the direction of Patti Labelle and working alongside other well known pop musicians such as Nick Lachey and Michael Bolton. Along with performing, Katie enjoys teaching theatre and music to kids and teens in various high school and camp settings.
