Organization Description

Revived as part of the mission to Preserve Pitman, The Broadway Theatre of Pitman reopenned its doors in 2007 to entertain and excite audiences in the South Jersey area. Each year The Broadway Theatre presents six mainstage productions including comedies, dramas, and upbeat musicals. This historic 900+ person house has the lure of the old-time theatre going experience which is complimented by the vast range of material produced on our stage. There is something for everyone included in our season, even the youngest theatre goer. Monthly Children's Theatre is produced along with Mr. Malcolm and his Storytime Friends who bring classic children's tales to life with wonderful interactive for children of all ages. As the theatre continues to grow and move forward our audiences and artists are completely supportive and atune to providing South Jersey with an excellent overall theatre experience.

The Broadway Theatre of Pitman is dedicated to breathing life into the most exciting theater productions written for a diverse audience. We engage and excite our audience, while using our stage as a place where professional and aspiring actors can learn, explore, grow and produce excellence together. We create a joyous process of discovery for our actors and our audience while educating and entertaining our community. Through various outreach and educational programs. The Broadway Theatre of Pitman will be a performing arts beacon in Southern New Jersey.
