Bob has been an entertainment professional for most of his life, the last 25+ years as an actor, writer, and director. He devoted his twenties and early thirties to music, recording albums for Columbia and United Artists, and touring constantly. But in the mid-80s, he shifted his creative focus entirely into acting, training in Meisner in New York, Philadelphia, Delaware, and with the education wing of the Delaware Theater Company. He was one of the earliest students in the University of Delaware's E-52 Theater (now known as the nationally-recognized Professional Theater Training Program in residence at the University). He has appeared on stage in everything from the classical to the avante garde, over 21 films, and countless television productions. Says Bob: "I believe the only way to be involved in something is to give everything you have to the project. I believe in myself and in my talents. I'm old enough to have no illusions, and I'm not afraid of hard work.
