(Posted 6/03/11) The Manager is responsible for designing and implementing effective strategies to meet fundraising goals in individual giving for the Delaware Theatre Company.  The Manager works closely with the Executive Director, the Institutional Giving Manager and the Board’s development committee to determine annual fundraising priorities and objectives.  The Manager identifies prospects, solicits donations and stewards relationships with individual donors. Excellent communication skills (in person and in writing), knowledge of and passion for theatre and BA required, plus at least three years successful fundraising experience.
