Delaware Theatre Company, Delaware’s largest professional theatre, is seeking a motivated, dependable individual to assist with box office sales and front of house management for our upcoming season. Primary tasks include: conducting ticket sales, customer relationship building, and event management.
Experience in customer service and ticketing software knowledge preferred. Successful candidates will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and flexibility regarding work hours is essential . Nights and weekends will be required.
