Walnut Street Theatre (Posted 6/2/2011) The Walnut Street Theatre, Philadelphia, PA seeks ethnic male actors who sing for 2011-12 Dorothy Haas Acting Apprenticeship. Apprentice duties include performing in Touring Outreach productions, teaching acting to children and assisting in all areas of the theatre. Apprentices are eligible to audition for understudy roles and may earn EMC points. The program is a full-time commitment from September 6 – May 14 with a weekly scholarship of $300, individual HMO medical coverage, gym membership and free tuition to Theatre School classes. BA/BFA or equivalent experience is desirable.
