Larry McKenna of A-1 Entertainment is casting a touring company of the musical comedy Burt & Me, featuring the music of Burt Bacharach & Hal David.  This brand new show opened last year at Act II Playhouse and enjoyed a 99% capacity for a four-week run.  Rehearsals will be held in Wayne, PA from July 25 to August 5.  The show will run from August 10 – 14 at the Deertrees Theatre in Harrison, Maine.  www.DeertreesTheatre.org  The production will be in preparation for a possible touring company later in the year.

Two males, 20 – 30. Must be able to sing, dance, and act.  Great vocals are a must. One romantic and one comedic lead. 

Two females, 20 – 30.  Must be able to sing, dance, and act.  Great vocals are a must.  One romantic and one comedic lead. (Female audition spots have been filled at this time, but applicants are invited to send information in the event of a cancellation.)

One male 40-60.  Must be able to sing and act.  Looking for someone with a vibrant onstage personality.  This character plays a dual role of a father and a priest…not meaning to sound redundant.
